Christ Thorn (Paliurus spina christi)

This tree is not mentioned in the Bible, but scholars believe its branches were used to make the thorn crown Jesus had to wear for his crucifixion. We could not find this plant in any nursery in Britain, but a supplier in the Netherlands and we hope to plant in spring 2025 and will then write about it.
